Effect of V2O5 on sintering behaviour, microstructure and dielectric properties of textured Sr0.4Ba0.6Nb2O6 ceramics

摘要: Abstract The acicular Sr0.39Ba0.48K0.32Nb2O6 single crystal particles were first prepared by the reaction of SrCO3, BaCO3 and Nb2O5 in molten K2SO4 at 1300 °C for 3 h. By using these as seeds V2O5 additives, textured Sr0.4Ba0.6Nb2O6 (SBN40) ceramics obtained. effect on sintering behaviour, microstructure dielectric properties SBN40 was investigated. experimental results show that addition can accelerate densification rate material encourage texture ceramics, which further improves anisotropy between different directions ceramics.
