摘要: ABSTRACT: Red cell enzymes of three children with transient erythroblastopenia childhood were measured and compared those age-matched normal hemolytic anemia. While the activity “age-dependent” enzyme such as hexokinase, aldolase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, pyruvate kinase greatly increased in red cells anemia, they not decreased childhood. Only pyrimidine 5'-nucleotidase was consistently low these chidren. These findings are inconsistent usual concept that activities decline throughout life span. Rather, suggest there may be very rapid loss some during first few days little further activity.
