摘要: Aryl and alkyl chiral oxazolidine sulfonium salts with cis trans dispositions derived from (–)-(R)-2-phenylglycinol were demonstrated to be good excellent auxiliaries for the diastereoselective synthesis of (2R,3S)-trans-epoxyamides. Interestingly, outcome depends on stereochemistry center at C-4 position oxazole moiety. The stereoselectivities consistent even aliphatic aldehydes.
