摘要: To avoid the most severe impacts of climate change, global temperatures must not rise by more than 2° C compared to pre-industrial levels. According IPCC, this target implies a reduction greenhouse gas emissions 50 % until middle century 1990 and peaking current decade. Germany is strongly committed lead in fight against so it has reduce its 95 2050. Due Germany’s large share total lack mitigation options other sectors, requires full decarbonisation energy sector subsector, electricity production. This can only be achieved reduced consumption, efficient production, using from renewable sources. These measures require well-established, long-term political will push for necessary instruments, which comprise inter alia strict efficiency standards, obligatory management systems, further development Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), demand- supply-side adaptation grid. Furthermore, potential negative environmental social these changes have minimized. possibility described change limited Germany. On contrary, moving direction on European level, significant synergy effects used.
