摘要: Transferable self-supporting ZnO porous films were synthesized via a hydrothermal approach without the presence of any substrates. Piezoresistive sensors fabricated by directly transferring onto FTO, which show pressure sensitivity 0.005/KPa and fast sensitive time with both response recovery less than 1s. The results discussed in terms current?voltage characteristics device. It is anticipated that this low-cost large-area-compatible technology would have potential for applications industrial, civil transportation fields.
