摘要: The United States Food and Drug Administration-approved progestin-only dosing strategy for emergency contraception is levonorgestrel 0.75 mg taken as soon possible within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse, with a second 0.75-mg dose 12 later. However, different strategies have been studied promoted by various organizations. American College Obstetricians Gynecologists recommends single 1.5 one option. As another option, they recommend two doses may be effective when 12-24 apart.
