摘要: Food consumption is a basic activity necessary for survival of the human race and evolved as an integral part mankind's existence. This not only includes food habits styles but also preparation methods, tool development raw materials, harvesting preservation well dishes which are influenced by geographical localization, climatic conditions abundance fauna flora. preparation, trade have become leading factors shaping behavior developing way doing things that created tradition has been passed from generation to making it unique almost every niche in surface globe. Therefore, success understanding culture other countries or ethnic groups lies their rituals customs. Meat East developed its characteristic environment, religion, history, main staples.
