摘要: In the field of software engineering, several empirical methods have been developed to model projects before they are undertaken provide an estimate required effort, development time and cost. case Web applications, this process is complicated by their complexity, multitiered nature, extensive use noncode artifacts such as multimedia often short time-scales. paper we describe a simple, highly adaptable using COSMIC full function points for application size measurement design patterns reference. Rather than true derived aim procedural framework expert judgement which guides practitioner through estimation process, seeking limit or mitigate variance in algorithmic statistical techniques. This hybrid has so far proven accurate while remaining capable relatively inexperienced estimator.
