摘要: The present invention relates to the use of levomilnacipran as a drug in functional recovery after cerebrovascular accident or head trauma. pharmaceutical compositions containing are strictly those which levomilnacipran/dextromilnacipran mixture does not contain more than 5 wt % dextromilnacipran, so risk compromising due alpha-blocking property dextromilnacipran.
