摘要: Introduction For generations, parents have experienced the stress and frustration of increased, inconsolable crying in their infants first three to five months life. In its most extreme manifestations, this increased has been considered a clinical problem, often referred as “colic.” The dangerous consequence for infant is abuse or neglect, especially specific form “shaken baby syndrome.” Many properties are unique few months, therefore generate own particular problems. Later year life, amount much reduced. However, more stable individual differences between appear. Those who tend be reactive respond negatively (by crying) can completely normal, but they thought clinically having “difficult temperament.” If associated with difficulties feeding sleeping, terms behavioural regulation problems (“regulatory disorder”). While vast majority these behaviours not disease pathology, meaning behaviour infants’ caregivers (“perceptual set”) usually determinant psychosocial consequences infant. Although many questions remain, research findings changed our understanding nature significance early behaviour.
