摘要: What new empirical implications can emerge in the organizational adaptation domain by adopting a multi-level co-evolutionary theoretical perspective? How does performance appraisal process affect evolution of organization? The purpose this paper, positioned within research field, is to untangle complexity behind emergence, development, and extinction business processes over time, highlighting inner mechanisms process.,The work presented as longitudinal, single case study service firm. Scholars concur considering approach particularly reliable when investigating practice (Feldman, 2000; Howard-Grenville, 2005; Lazaric Denis, 2005). Data have been collected during 2014 through three main methods: unstructured interviews, meeting observations, direct observation participants.,From analysis, it emerges that impact routine on individual group dynamics determinant inertia resistance change. In particular, degree managerial control exerted, feedback scheme applied, interaction are predictors exploitation or exploration practice.,In order address exploratory nature work, further developments may deepen analysis comparing findings obtained different contexts, important similarities differences various sectors.
