摘要: AbsTrACTobjectives: Although elevated cardiac troponin T is caused by myocardial damage in the vast majority of cases (primary causes), noncardiac disease with secondary to myocardium (secondary causes) being increasingly recognised. The present study aimed retrospectively evaluate frequency primary and causes troponin-T positivity, particular how often positivity associated neuromuscular disorders. results: 16,944 determinations a centre between April 2004 2005, was positive 1408 them (8.3%). these, 622 were included for evaluation. Troponin-T creatine kinase 54.5% creatinine >2 mg/dl (177 mmol/l) 16.6% tests. most frequent ischaemia (59%), atrial fibrillation (23%), heart failure (22%). renal insufficiency (22%), chronic obstructive lung (10%), acute stroke (4%). There one cause 249 more than 373 cases. A neurologist saw patients 9.5% disorder 6.3% Causes troponin-i also frequently positivity. Conclusions: ischaemic followed insufficiency. Many previously described be only responsible elevation. disorders, likely due involvement these conditions.
