摘要: Abstract This paper estimates the impact of policy measures aimed at increasing fruit and vegetable (F&V) consumption in UK over more than a decade, evaluating changes purchased quantities estimating corresponding greenhouse gas emissions (GHGEs). We use counterfactual scenario analysis to isolate effects from influences evolving prices, incomes socio-demographic factors. Our suggest that positive promotion campaigns on F&V purchases (about half portion per adult equivalent day) still persist 10 years after start implementation, we find no evidence wearout effect. also provide suggestive dietary adjustment which accompanies increase intakes translates into relevant reduction GHGEs, by an average amount 3.3kg CO2e month.
