摘要: In this note a new TEM junction switch is described which based on the three-port circulator. Microwave switching achieved by applying current waveform through single wire loop inserted in each of ferrite disks. way demagnetizing fields shape and eddy currents housing are eliminated. The magnetic energy now determined inductance turn extremely small. can either be continuously modulated square or latched short pulses between two remanence states closed shape.
