摘要: Nonlinear optical microscopy has the potential of being used in vivo as a noninvasive imaging modality for both epidermal and dermal imaging. This paper reviews capabilities nonlinear high-resolution tool clinical skin inspection. In particular, we show that two-photon fluorescence can be diagnostic characterizing layers by means morphological examination. Additional functional information on metabolic state cells provided measuring decay NADH. approach allows differentiating having different structural cytological features diagnosing pathologies very early stage. Regarding therapy follow-up, demonstrate could successfully monitoring effect treatment. combined second-harmonic generation were collagen remodeling after microablative fractional laser resurfacing quantitatively psoriasis basis morphology papillae. We believe described microscopic modalities find near future stable place dermatological setting quantitative purposes method various treatments.
