摘要: Abstract A multilayer coating using electroless nickel-phosphorus (Ni–P) was applied on a twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP) steel containing nominally 25 wt.% Mn and 3 wt.% Al to improve the indentation hardness corrosion properties. Microindentation tests with two different indenters, namely, three-sided pyramidal Berkovich indenter ball were performed study mechanical response, elastic modulus of coatings in conditions: as-plated, post treated (PT) at 350 °C 700 °C for 1 h. The deformation morphology underneath indenters examined scanning laser microscope. results showed that Ni–P could significantly enhance surface TWIP steel. Significant improvement resistance be observed sulfuric acid solution coated compared uncoated substrate
