摘要: A cosmetic composition for making up keratin materials includes at least one polyelectrolyte, surfactant having an HLB of about 6 25° C., and dyestuff. leave-on and/or nontherapeutic care fibers C. The polyelectrolytes may be branched crosslinked, the compositions include water a water-soluble solvent, oily continuous phase.
