摘要: This study aims to identify and report the challenges issues barriers faced by libraries implement Linked Data (LD) technologies. It also highlights some misconception regarding linked open data among library community. is a qualitative based on literature review. Literature was searched from scholarly databases Google scholar using keyword searching. Articles were selected basis of relevancy with topic. The findings identified technical such as ontologies development; use multiple standards languages along legal issue protection privacy data. Some conceptual lack awareness, scarce resources train practitioners, publishing web highlighted. limited published it didn't gather primary for empirical evidences. will be helpful practitioners policy makers manage in forecasting potential while adopting Identification before starting any project helps stakeholders work solutions lesser problems working.
