摘要: During a period of several weeks, more than 100 sheep died at Hungarian farm. The animals exhibited fleece loosing, and hemorrhaging was the most important autopsy finding. Pasteurella haemolytica cultured from various organs. bedding straw abundantly covered with Stachybotrys atra, removal stopped disease. Methanol extraction followed by solvent partitioning, column chromatography, preparative thin-layer high-pressure liquid chromatography led to isolation satratoxins G H, which were characterized mass spectroscopy. This is first characterization toxins field sample material responsible for an outbreak stachybotryotoxicosis.
