摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to review evidence on the impact black tea health, highlighting role flavonoids.Design/methodology/approach This builds previous systematic reviews by incorporating new studies and health published between 2004 2009.Findings Black was strongly associated with heart disease prevention plausible mechanisms linked flavonoid bioactivity.
