摘要: The embodiment of the invention discloses a session establishment method and device. comprises steps that: server receives request first terminal, wherein carries target virtual number; determines that number is in network offline state; searches telephone associated with establishes connection between terminal second corresponding to number, telecommunication established by network. By adopting device disclosed invention, traffic electricity quantities terminals can be saved.
