摘要: 1. The digestive juice of the snail Helix pomatia was used in study degradation isolated cell-wall preparations from a strain Saccharomyces carlsbergensis. 2. crude enzyme system fractionated by gel filtration and activities more specific fractions thus obtained were examined. 3. Results are discussed with respect to (a) nature various factors that essential for protoplast formation dissolution (b) structures envisaged yeast cell walls responsible observed variations susceptibility attack juice.
