摘要: Surgical mitral valve (MV) repair remains the gold standard to treat patients with significant degenerative regurgitation (DMR). Medical therapy was only option for found be not appropriate MV surgery until development of percutaneous/transcatheter options that now allow reduce MR less invasively and safely.
