摘要: Metabolism within non-photosynthetic plastids involves considerable interaction with that in the cytoplasm through supply of intermediates which must cross plastid envelope. This review considers our current knowledge may be transported, potential for competition substrates between intraplastidic pathways, and integration biosynthetic oxidative metabolism organelle. There is species tissue diversity respect to carbohydrates envelope including triose phosphates, glucose 1-phosphate, 6-phosphate, ADPglucose phosphoenolpyruvate. Evidence from vitro studies purified organelles suggests there pools hexose phosphate, ATP reductant pathways carbohydrate oxidation, starch fatty acid synthesis, nitrogen assimilation amino biosynthesis.
