摘要: A new strategy of fitting the coupling constants nuclear energy density functional is proposed, which shifts attention from ground-state bulk to single-particle properties. The latter are analyzed in terms bare energies and mass, shape, spin core-polarization effects. Fit isoscalar spin-orbit both isovector tensor directly f{sub 5/2}-f{sub 7/2} splittings {sup 40}Ca, 56}Ni, 48}Ca proposed as a practical realization this program. It shown that fit requires drastic changes strength compared commonly accepted values, but it considerably systematically improves basic properties including magic-gap energies. Impact these on binding also discussed.
