摘要: Wet process of soluble organic light emitting diode (OLED) materials has attracted much attention due to its potential as a large-area manufacturing with high productivity. Electrospray (ES) deposition is one candidates thin film formation for OLED. However, fabricate red, green, and blue emitters color display, fine metal mask required during spraying emitter materials. We demonstrate mask-less pixel patterning using ES OLED selective biasing on electrodes spray nozzle. show red green line patterns It was found that can be allowed by coulomb repulsion between nozzle pixel. Furthermore, we fabricated fluorescent devices vacuum evaporation processes. The device performance processed showed nearly identical current-voltage characteristics slightly lower current efficiency compared
