摘要: Plant natural products are useful compounds, such as pigments, fragrances, pharmaceuticals used for the treatment of several human diseases. Development plant manipulation techniques, particle bombardment, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, vacuum infiltration, agrodrench, viral vector, protoplasts fusion and ultrasound, well recombinant DNA, genetic technologies applied toward metabolic engineering bioactive presented, together with different methods, overexpression transgenes, multiple expression gene silencing, transcription factors powerful tools biosynthetic pathways.
