摘要: To better understand compassion as a social and cultural process, I examine the influence of gender on appraisal response to women suffering in workplace. propose that not only does gendered performance impact process but workplace more broadly. practice towards organizations ways elevate well develop intervention doing enhance understanding about its importance.
