摘要: A monoclonal IgE antibody directed against bovine milk beta-lactoglobulin (beta-LG) was produced by fusion of NSI myeloma cells with spleen Balb/c mice immunized alum-precipitated beta-LG. This found radioimmunoassay to react both native and aggregated beta-LG, but a positive passive cutaneous anaphylaxis reaction (PCA) evident only 1 ng this purified capable eliciting PCA. The chemical physical properties were characterized amino acid carbohydrate analysis ultracentrifugation. epsilon-chain had an apparent molecular weight 86,000 +/- 2,000 polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. An immediate hypersensitivity within the gut elicited intravenous (i.v.) administration hybridoma ascitic fluid followed feeding Accumulation liquid small intestine diarrhoea 30-90 min later. Intravenous injection carbon particles revealed increased permeability venulae from submucosa serosa. Histological examination showed oedema villae, without modification epithelium.
