摘要: Abstract Conditions are found for the independence of rotational state energies in strongly deformed nuclei from spurious motion intrinsic axes. Taking into account these conditions we formulate a model quasiparticle-rotation coupling without an artificial Coriolis attenuation. The is applied to bands 163 Er and 167 Yb.
