摘要: Abstract Diapycnal mixing in the ocean interior is driven by a wide range of processes, each with distinct governing physics and unique global geography. Here we review primary processes responsible for turbulent interior, an emphasis on active work from past decade. We conclude discussion patterns their importance regional large-scale modeling accuracy.
