摘要: Abstract Open-cellular porous TiAl was synthesized by a chemical reaction between titanium and aluminum with space holder powder (NaCl). Self-propagation of the combustion occurred throughout specimen when NaCl addition below 40vol%, while such propagating behavior not observed higher additions. after reaction. Pores were formed in places where particles present. This process shows hierarchical structure bimodal size distribution.
