摘要: The topic of employee empowerment and job satisfaction, its implications for organizational change management, is underexplored in developing countries. Consequently, the purpose this paper to investigate relationship between two variables context urban Malaysia as an emerging market. Differences satisfaction relation socio-cultural environments were also assessed. findings are then discussed terms their management other countries.,Using survey data gathered from 125 local employees working capital city Kuala Lumpur, effect on was tested using correlation regression analyses. ANOVA tests used determine differences among sub-groups divided according four factors environments, namely, form ownership, sector, type industry hierarchy.,The results demonstrate that has a strong positive satisfaction. However, significant higher lower levels hierarchy raise concerns about diffusion sustainability strategic changes.,Empirical evidences provided generalizability theoretical link Malaysian context.
