摘要: FEW data can be found in the literature dealing with functional properties of haemoglobin lower vertebrates1–3. Moreover, these investigations were carried out using whole blood or unpurified haemolysate as working material, particularly case fishes; this procedure may make interpretation results misleading since animals rapidly deteriorates after collection3.
