摘要: Abstract The effects of early testosterone propionate (TP) treatment on the adult sexual behavior hamsters were investigated in two experiments. In Expt. I, male and female pups injected with oil vehicle or 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 250 μg TP 24 hr after birth. II, males females received either 10 day birth (Day 1), Day 3, 7, 9. At 70 days age all animals gonadectomized later tested for lordosis estrogen progesterone priming. One week test began receiving 500 each mounting intromission three times at intervals. Lordosis was inhibited by as little 5 given this dose produced maximal effect, but increasing dosages resulted a proportional decrease duration. neonatally facilitated no more effective than 1 μg. duration however, mounts intromissions 7. These experiments demonstrate that mechanisms mediating masculine are sensitive to neonatal behavior.
