摘要: Imaging at atomic resolution based on the inelastic scattering of electrons has become firmly established in last three decades. Harald Rose pioneered much early theoretical work this topic, particular emphasising role phase and importance a mixed dynamic form factor. In paper we review how modelling subsequently developed numerical implementation been achieved. A software package μSTEM is introduced, capable simulating various imaging modes both scanning conventional transmission electron microscopy.
