摘要: Despite major advances in our understanding of the molecular pathology, pathophysiology, and control management inherited disorders haemoglobin, thousands infants children with these diseases are dying through lack appropriate medical care. This problem will undoubtedly increase over next 20 years because, as result a reduction childhood mortality due to infection malnutrition, more babies haemoglobin survive present for treatment. Although WHO various voluntary agencies have tried disseminate information about diseases, they rarely mentioned being sufficiently important be included setting health care priorities future. It takes considerable time establish expertise developing programmes conditions, lessons learned developed countries need transmitted those which occur at high frequency.
