摘要: Abstract Protopine inhibited the aggregation and ATP release of rabbit platelets induced by ADP, arachidonic acid, PAF, collagen ionophore A23187. Although platelet caused thrombin was not protopine (100 ug/ml), reaction partially suppressed. In platelet-rich plasma, also PAF collagen. The thromboxane B 2 formation washed collagen, A23187 suppressed protopine. intracellular calcium increase acid in quin-2/AM loaded platelets. presence indomethacin, completely protopine, inhibited. phosphoinositides breakdown but that affected significantly. did cause elevation cyclic AMP level It is concluded antiplatelet effects due to inhibition on then lead decrease concentration.
