摘要: Although there are several limitations, optical recording techniques superior to multi-electrode mapping methods, as it is possible record at large number of points in a small area without destroying the tissue and know relative changes membrane potentials. Optical using voltage-sensitive dyes will be more importantly applied study central respiratory control (e.g., mechanisms rhythm generation) near future.
