摘要: Abstract Benefits of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), especially the web 2.0 tools, like blogs podcasts in English Language Teaching (ELT) classrooms have been confirmed by research conducted context developed countries. Lack infrastructure a forward looking policy is hampering developing countries India to reap benefits ICT. The present study reports outcome survey find out available ICT its use colleges one Kashmir division northern state Jammu India. It further aims highlight using ELT.
