摘要: Accurate travel time information is essential to the effective management of traffic conditions. Traditionally, floating car data have been used as primary source ground truth for measuring quality real-time provided by surveillance systems. This paper introduces Bluetooth sensors a new and means collection freeway time. The concept vehicle identification using signatures estimation along section explained.
