摘要: When electromagnetic radiation interacts with microstructures (either isolated or located on a surface) whose size is of the order incident wavelength, scattered can be detected in all directions. Furthermore, characteristics wave given direction may changed due to interaction microstructure. This constitutes an important problem since long time ago and, solve it some information has obtained about physical scattering structure (i.e. size, shape, optical properties, etc). The interest solving this not only from basic point view but for applications many fields. For instance, volume are common areas like meteorology, astronomy, biology, radar, atmospheric contamination, oceanography, etc.; whereas surfaces instance semiconductor industry, high reflectance surface SERS, particle sizing, etc. Because these applications, researchers have developed theories and numerical methods, carried out experiments those problems. Recent scientific meetings close relation waves confirm current community [1]. A number issues been devoted subject journals [2-4], also several books collected works (theoretical applied) edited [5,6].
