摘要: Nine animal lectins, i.e., Sarcophaga peregrina agglutinin, Balanus roseus Aplysia kurodai balanoides Tetraclita squamosa japonica Misgurnus anguillicaudatus lectin, Asterina pectinifera Helix aspersa agglutinin and pomatia were tested for induction of cytolysis mediated by polymorphonuclear leukocytes. Among them, S. B. lysed murine target cells in co-operation with leukocytes (PMNs) from the peritoneal cavity mice. PMNs can lyse various tumor presence although normal spleen also lysed. This lectin-dependent was inhibited galactose, a sugar which is specifically recognized agglutinin. agglutinins inhibitory to vivo development MM46 cells. These results suggest that appropriate lectins some participate rejection.
