Fluorescence suppression of MPA stabilized CdTe QDs for direct determination of propranolol

摘要: A sensitive, convenient and rapid fluorescent sensor for effectively directly detecting propranolol was proposed based on the fluorescence suppression of 3-mercaptopropionic acid stabilized CdTe quantum dots. The mechanism between QDs studied by time-resolved spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy it attributed to simultaneous action inner filter effect (IFE) dynamic quenching (DQE). effects concentration dots, pH value buffer solution incubation time signal propranolol/CdTe dot system were also investigated. results indicated that, when experiment conducted under optimal experimental conditions, linear range this assay 0.1 μM 2 5 200 μM, with a corresponding detection limit 0.055 μM. Moreover, some common drug excipients analogues stimulants had no apparent determination propranolol. could be readily used in biological samples.
