摘要: Uniform cubic phase CuI nanowires and nanorods were synthesized via hydrothermal treatment. The mechanism of the nanostructure evolution is discussed on basis SEM TEM experimental results. It shown that initial solution concentration reaction time influence product morphology. Photoluminescence show a 2-fold enhancement over nanorods.
