摘要: In this work, the mesogenic properties of octa-alkyl-substituted Ni(II) phthalocyanine derivatives are reported. These phthalocyanines (Pc) demonstrate thermotropic phase behavior and give rise to discotic liquid crystals. The dependence film orientation on temperature in range from 0 300 °C was studied by method Raman spectroscopy. It shown that films disordered where samples NiPc solid. Oriented may be obtained annealing at temperatures which materials mesogenic. According results a polarization study, molecules ordered oriented virtually perpendicular substrate surface.
