Factors Influencing Cell Phone Addiction in Adolescents

摘要: Purpose: This study was done to identify factors influencing cell phone addiction in adolescents. Methods: The participants were 548 adolescents two middle schools and four high schools. Data collected through self-report questionnaires which constructed include a scale, an impulsiveness media specific factors, use. data analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: Of adolescents, 88.7% reported being average users, 8.4%, heavy 2.9%, addicted. Cell significantly correlated with factors. Significant gender, sending receiving text messages on weekends, monthly call charges, impulsiveness, recreational reasons, cultural reasons. Conclusion: above findings indicate that is influenced by message use, Therefore development of prevention management programs for should be based these influence addiction.
