摘要: Forensic Science is gaining more importance in criminal justice, since the development of new sensitive and accurate scientific tools, construction large computerized databases. Although very effective, these databases pose a lot legislative ethical concerns. In case DNA concerns are deeper it contains genetic information regarding its owner, not necessarily needed for his identification. This paper focuses on issues related to collection, utilization retention samples profiles legally innocent populations, illustrated by study where voluntarily given sample murder investigation successfully solved three non rape cases.
