An endoscopic approach failed decompress and remove A percutaneous was then undertaken. After placement temporary external biliary drain days, 26 French sheath placed access ducts. Using 14Fr flexible cystoscope, 80%-90% stones were removed. followed by antegrade balloon Two months later, procedure repeated, resulting in complete clearance internal-external maintained 10 The patient has been asymptomatic, no evidence stone recurrence 13 after removal. Percutaneous removal is commonly performed adults non-transplanted livers, especially complex cases, also shown be successful pediatric population. However, it rarely reported transplanted livers adults, best our knowledge, cases have reported. illustrates that this technique can successfully utilized patients.
