摘要: Current understanding of drug abuse has been greatly influenced by the emphasis on drug-seeking behaviour as common element. The three main attributes drugs that maintain, direct and regulate are their positively reinforcing discriminative aversive stimulus properties. Each process may be analysed in terms underlying behavioural neural mechanisms mutually complementary interactive. Environmental stimuli conditioned to effects also play a key role eliciting maintaining behaviour. Both subject modulating variables such social, environmental genetic factors, including previous pharmacological history individual. Thus, approach addiction does not preclude important roles for other but rather seeks integrate them into comprehensive theoretical framework strongly linked empirical data.
